Summary and Suggestions

This internship has provided me with many interesting and wonderful experiences. I am very satisfied with its purpose, as it has taught me new lessons and helped me build friendships with many people, as well as strong relationships with teachers and students at the internship school.

During my three days teaching at Supang National High School, I conducted eight teaching periods. On the remaining days, I focused on observing the teaching processes of the educators and the learning of the students. Over my week at Supang National High School, I achieved many unexpected successes and received high praise from my cooperating teachers, along with positive feedback from students.

However, I also encountered several challenges, such as language barriers and a lack of teaching experience. Since my major is not English, and I do not have much teaching experience, I faced obstacles during the teaching process. Nonetheless, the support and understanding from my cooperating teacher and students motivated me to work harder and improve my abilities.

The internship left me with lasting impressions due to the enthusiasm of the teachers and the friendliness and politeness of the students. My cooperating teacher guided me passionately in lesson preparation and teaching. The students were also very kind; every noon, they invited me to have lunch with them in the canteen. I will always cherish the warmth and kindness extended to me by the teachers and students at Supang National High School.

From my experiences during this internship, I have drawn many significant lessons and identified areas for improvement. Upon returning to Vietnam, I plan to continue studying and enhancing my English skills. Additionally, I will work on improving my teaching abilities and learning from my peers and mentors to develop myself and fulfill my dream of becoming a great teacher.

This student exchange program has truly brought extremely valuable and meaningful values. I hope that generations of students in the ASEAN region will realize the importance of studying, gaining experience and constantly striving to develop themselves. If you have the opportunity, I encourage you to participate in the student exchange program, not only to broaden your knowledge but also to build confidence and global communication skills.

For me, this program has helped me to mature, both in knowledge and life skills. I realize that I have made great strides in expanding my thinking and ability to work in a multicultural environment. These are experiences that I am sure will accompany me throughout my career and life in the future.

Hopefully, in the future, this student exchange program will continue to grow strongly, attracting more students to participate, not only to affirm the position of ASEAN students but also to contribute to enhancing the cohesion and cooperation between countries in the region. Opportunities like this not only help us grow but also create a solid foundation for development in the international community.
